Workforce Wellness Program Award

Our goal is to champion workforce wellness programs by recognizing excellence, innovation and creativity.

Who should apply:
Any employer in the DFW Metroplex that provides a wellness program for its workforce.

Application process:

• Complete a brief pre-application form Download Pre-application Form and return it by Friday, August 10th, 2007. This form can be completed electronically.
• The 'full' application will be sent to pre-applicants that have qualifying workforce wellness programs on Friday, August 17th, 2007.
• The completed 'full' application will be due by Friday, September 14th.

Award categories:

• Best program(s) in a large organization ( > 1000 employees)
• Best program(s) in a large organization (< 1000 employees)
• Best 'new' program ( < 2 years)

Award Selection:
Programs are assessed by a panel of judges with expertise in health and wellness. Specific attention is paid to how the organization meets the unique needs of its workforce, how outcomes are measured as well as the stability and sustainability of the program.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are availble for the Champions in Health Awards Ceremony. Depending on the level, sponsors receive their logo or names on 1500 invitations, signage at the event, as well as a display table. Sponsorship funds support the awards ceremony and provide resources for educational outreach.
